Sample, as the data controller, collects your personal data during registration to the application and processes them because they are directly related to the establishment and execution of your membership agreement. The purpose of Sample's processing of your personal data is:

• (i) To verify your identity,

• (ii) Providing customer support and troubleshooting,

• (iii) To inform you about service updates and errors,

• (iv) To inform you about campaigns related to the application,

Your personal data is stored on our secure servers located in Turkey and/or abroad. Except for the exception mentioned, Sample does not transfer your personal data and/or traffic data or communication content to third parties without your explicit permission unless legally required or obliged to do so. In addition to the cases specified in the KVKK that do not require consent, Sample may communicate campaigns and announcements regarding its services to you and contact you to ensure customer satisfaction based on your consent obtained through the application. Your rights regarding the protection of your personal data are stated below:

• (i) To learn whether your personal data is being processed,

• (ii) Request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,

• (iii) To learn for what purposes your personal data is processed and whether it is used in accordance with these purposes,

• (iv) To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

• (v) Request correction of your personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,

• (vi) Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data,

• (vii) To request that your requests for correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, and to object to the emergence of a result to your detriment through the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems,

• (viii) To request compensation in case you suffer damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
