CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

You can return the products you have purchased from our website within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, provided that they are unopened, untested, undamaged and unused, in their original packaging.

• You must place the products you wish to return in your order in the box/bag sent to you by Toledo Sport.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged. Gifts and accessories delivered with the product must also be sent with the return.
• You must send the product back to Toledo Sport within ten (10) days from the date on which you notified us that you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
• When your return cargo is delivered to the Toledo Sport warehouse, our customers will be notified by e-mail that the delivery of the products to be returned and the refund has been made.

In cases where the products are unpackaged and sent as a gift and with all their accessories;

• Product/products evaluated within the scope of the fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal will be returned directly, and all payments related to the returned product will be refunded to the payment instrument you used when making the purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date on which Toledo Sport receives notification that you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
• In case your request for a refund exceeds the legal limit of fourteen (14) days, and your request is found to be justified, all payments for the returned product will be refunded to the payment instrument you used when making the purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you receive notification that you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
• Product return requests that exceed the fourteen (14) day withdrawal period can only be made if Toledo Sport Customer Relations Management approves.
• The buyer or the third party receiving the order may also learn the procedure to follow in case of an unusual situation as stated above by sending an e-mail to [●].

• Before accepting the packages that you think were damaged during shipment, open and check them in front of the cargo company representative. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product after a report is drawn up by the cargo company. If you do not draw up a report, do not forget that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product has been received.
• In the exercise of the right of withdrawal, if the goods are sent back through the carrier specified by Toledo Sport for return, the consumer cannot be held responsible for the costs related to the return. In the event that Toledo Sport does not specify any carrier for return in the preliminary information, no fee can be requested from the consumer for the return cost. In the event that the carrier specified in the preliminary information for return does not have a branch in the consumer's location, Luis Bien is obliged to ensure that the goods requested to be returned are collected from the consumer without requesting any additional costs.
• Personalized items cannot be returned.
• Gifts can be returned with the delivery note, according to the instructions below.
• A shipping fee will be deducted when returning products that are intended to be returned after the 14 (fourteen) day period, which is the right of withdrawal, and that comply with the return procedure.
• Some products constitute an exception to the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. The products within the scope of the exception are listed below.

We would like to particularly point out that, as explained above, the exercise of the right of withdrawal in cosmetic products is subject to the condition that the packaging of the product is unopened, undamaged and the product has not been used.

1. Article – Complete List of Goods/Services for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used
2. a) Contracts for goods or services whose prices vary depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the seller or provider.
3. b) Contracts regarding goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs.
4. c) Contracts for the delivery of goods that are perishable or subject to expiration.

ç) Contracts regarding the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.

1. d) Contracts concerning goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
2. e) Contracts regarding books, digital content and computer consumables presented in material form, if protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery of the goods.
3. f) Contracts regarding the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided within the scope of a subscription contract.
4. g) Contracts related to accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply and the evaluation of free time for entertainment or recreation purposes, which must be made on a specific date or period.

g) Contracts regarding services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

1. h) Contracts regarding services that are started to be performed with the consumer's approval before the expiry of the right of withdrawal period.
2. i) Perfumes whose packaging has been opened after delivery.
